The Grizzwold's hit D.C.! We don't know who invited Annie, the one in-law who came on the trip, but we tried to make it an original McParty fest ;-) Ryan set up private tours of the Capitol and the West Wing. Much, much more fascinating then when I went on our 8th grade trip. At that time all you worry about is what boy you were going to snag a seat next to on the bus - AND - how you were possibly going to match your socks to a stinkin' rain poncho. This time we realized that this is the power house that affects our everyday lives and our kids......Very eye opening. Loved it.
