Too much has happened to condense into one short blog. I'll give ya the gist. I am due 4 weeks from today - yahoo. Annie and Chris (my brother) had their baby 3 1/2 weeks early on August 17th....Dean Patrick McPartlin. The ICU nurses said they usually don't have to actually part and gel the hair of newborns, let alone ones that are born early....but as you can see he is one stylin' dude. He's so precious and as Evelyn said "SOOOOO TINY". All is well and healthy after a long week in the hospital.
Evelyn is a sand goddess. Her mommy on the other hand, not so much. Just as when I was little, I was content sitting on a towel keeping those pesky sand kernels out of my toes and nails. I did cheer her on from the sidelines though in all her water adventures. 
The cousins had a sleepover recently and we discovered that Evelyn is now into dress up. Or should I say she's into whatever her cousins want to do with her. And yes, crazy Aunt Sarah and Uncle Bobby let them dress themselves for a dinner and ice cream outing. The looks we got on the street were priceless. Especially with lil' Hadley's butt hanging out of her tutu. That's all for now, hopefully the next baby picture you will see will be of Dean's new bestfriend.......our lil' man.
